FCC Student MinIsitries

Helping students look more like Jesus every day in every way.

Making disciples…

Serving next Generations

At Faith Covenant, we firmly believe in our students and love to see God work within their lives and ministry.  We hold to what it says in 1 Timothy 4:12: “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.”

Wednesday Night Gatherings

Middle School:
6:30pm-8:00pm – Upstairs

High School:
7:30-9:00 – Upstairs

Regardless of which school you go to or how many times you have or haven’t been to church, any student is welcome on Wednesday nights. Our Wednesday night gathering serves as an “on-ramp” to all things student ministries, and it’s a blast!  Though we always make it a point to have fun, we also take our relationship with Jesus Christ very seriously. Each night is focused on Gospel-centered teaching that helps students navigate their world and give answers to real questions.

Student Life Groups

Additionally, our ministry offers small groups. We believe we were created to do life together. Students are plugged into grade and gender-specific small groups each week with leaders who help point them to Jesus.

D-TEAMS

GROWING DEEPER

D-Teams are Sunday morning discipleship classes for students who want to continue growing deeper in their relationship with Christ. Different classes are offered throughout the year that help students learn more about prayer, discipleship, who they are in Jesus, who God is, spiritual disciplines, and how to study the Bible for themselves. D-Teams are meant to help equip students for summer missions and serving in ministry. High school and Middle school D-Teams meet upstairs during the 10:00 am service.

SERVING

HANDS AND FEET OF JESUS

We believe students have a unique impact and influence in our world, our city and in church. There are opportunities all throughout Faith Covenant Church for students to get involved in the work of the Gospel: worship team, sound and audio, small group leaders, nursery, children’s ministry, puppets, and much more. Our students are not the church of tomorrow. They are a vital part of who we are today.

Summer Missions

Following the Acts 1:8 model, summer missions is designed to encourage and equip students to a life-long involvement in the work of the Gospel both locally and globally. It is on these trips that we believe some of the best disciples are made. Students will have various opportunities to take the message and love of Christ to a lost and dying world. While at the same time, using these trips and experiences as a spring board into ministry back home
