We are a community of faith in St. Petersburg, Florida striving to love God, one another, and the world around us. As God continues to lead and guide us, we strive to be a people known by our love who bring hope by the way we live and the message we carry.

WHAT WE DEEM AS IMPORTANT
Who we are as a community of faith shows forth in our values and culture that are based on God’s Word and example of Jesus. We believe that God has called us to adhere to six priorities set forth by Christ: Centrality of God’s Word, Prayerful Dependence, Biblical Group Image, Intentional Friendships, an Atmosphere of Love, and a Right Concept of Christ, Himself.
BELIEFS
WHAT WE HOLD TO FIRMLY
As believers and followers of Jesus Christ, our beliefs are divided into two groups: ancient truths which we hold firmly and deeply that unite us together, as well as personal beliefs on which we are free to discuss openly that do not jeapordize the centrality of God’s message of salvation. Faith Covenant Church is part of the Evangelical Covenant Church, which means that we agree with and share the same statement of faith that defines us as a congregation.

Faith Covenant Church in St. Pete, Florida is a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church. This 125-year-old denomination has over 800 churches throughout North America and Canada and serves in over 25 mission fields around the world. All that this means is that we are part of something much larger than ourselves, with incredible accountability and a united passion to share the good news of Jesus locally and worldwide.
